TULSA, Oklahoma (Friday, August 30th , 2019) – Tomorrow evening the Tulsa Roughnecks FC host Fresno FC in USL Western Conference play. Kickoff from ONEOK Field is set for 7:30 P.M. CDT (Saturday, August 31st, 2019) and will be streamed live on ESPN+.
Saturdays USL Championship match will be the second time the two sides meet this season. The first match at Chukchansi Park (Fresno, CA) ended in a 3-1 win for Fresno.
Tulsa Roughnecks FC enter the match with a 4-13-8 record sitting 17th in the USL Championship Western Conference. Fresno FC sit in 2nd place, 12 points behind league leaders Phoenix Rising.
Tulsa Roughnecks FC return to ONEOK Field following Wednesdays tie with Las Vegas Lights FC. Tulsa Roughnecks new signings Panin Boakye-Mensa and Marlin dos Santos Prazeres made their Roughneck debuts Wednesday in the sides 1-1 tie.
Fresno FC come to Tulsa with a 5-2-4 away record. Former Tulsa Roughnecks FC player Juan Pablo Caffa should feature for Fresno FC, he appeared in 29 games for Tulsa tallying up 9 goals. Juan Pablo Caffa was a fan favorite and is known around the USL for his free kick taking ability.
