GUIDELINES

• FC Tulsa cannot guarantee all Appearance Requests that are submitted due to player/coach/staff commitments with in-season training, traveling, and preparing for matchdays.
   
• Appearance Requests with FC Tulsa Nonprofit Community Partners will be prioritized.
   
• Successful Appearance Requests still require permission to use any FC Tulsa images, logos or branding including, but not limited to, the FC Tulsa crest and colors.
   
• Appearance Requests need to be submitted (3) weeks before the required appearance date.
