To all FC Tulsa fans,
Before I say anything else, Thank You. All of us here at FC Tulsa feel your ongoing support as you interact with us on social media, download our app, and purchase merchandise at our online team shop. This has meant the world to all of us within the organization.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to all the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event. We appreciate the efforts of all those who continue to work hard to get us through this trial. This has been a trying time. Like you, we really look forward to more FC Tulsa soccer.
I wanted to take this opportunity to update you on the status of the club. FC Tulsa remains committed to our owners’ vision for this club to be a key pillar For Tulsa. I am pleased with the efforts that we as an organization have made to give back to our city over the last month. With tremendous support from our fans, and through our initiative to give back 50% of the profits from our City Kit and 918 Tee, we have raised $800 for the Tulsa Area COVID-19 Response Fund. In addition to that, this week we pledged to match all donations to The Philbrook’s Annual Fund through the month of April, as we look to band together with another iconic Tulsa institution.
We have not altered our club staffing or pay as we all continue to work remotely from the safety of our homes. FC Tulsa players and coaches are in daily contact via video sessions as our team remains in playing shape for our return to the pitch. Coach Michael Nsien and his staff are focused on winning – even when we are not able to play matches.
While we will continue to do what’s best for the safety of our community at this time, I am confident that there will be plenty of memorable FC Tulsa moments in 2020.
Please never hesitate to reach out to the club via email at info@https://www.fctulsa.com, or by calling us at (918) 297-6808.
Stay safe, and we’ll hopefully see you soon,
James
