FC Tulsa’s Partnership with Griffin Media Kicks off vs. Detroit City FC
TULSA – On Friday night, there will be more ways than ever to tune into FC Tulsa’s match vs. Detroit City FC as the demand for professional soccer in Tulsa continues to increase like never before. The contest will be aired on Channel 6 (KOTV) for the first time in franchise history, streamed on ESPN+, and accessible via radio on both The Blitz 1170 as well as Sirius XM FC Channel 157.
As part of FC Tulsa’s offseason partnership with Griffin Media, six FC Tulsa matches will be broadcasted across Griffin-owned stations, the first of which airs this Friday.
In addition to the match appearing on Griffin Media’s television property, fans can listen to the match on its sports talk radio station, The Blitz 1170, with radio veteran Jeremie Poplin on the call. A special prematch show with Poplin begins at 7:45 p.m. before FC Tulsa’s 8 p.m. kickoff.
Catering to those outside of northeast Oklahoma, Sirius XM FC Channel 157 will be airing The Blitz 1170’s feed of the match via satellite radio, taking FC Tulsa nationwide.
As always, fans can stream the match from anywhere in the United States on ESPN+ as well.
For those in attendance at ONEOK Field, $1 Beer Night will be in full swing for fans 21+ at the Midfield Terrace bar and a fireworks show will follow the match.
