TULSA – The world’s biggest collective celebration only takes place once every four years, and we will be blessed with its presence in just under three weeks – the FIFA World Cup. It’s the one time every 48 months that soccer aficionados and those that claim a 0-0 draw is a disgrace to sports can bond over a collective patriotism while watching their nation showcased to an estimated five billion people.
To celebrate, FC Tulsa has launched its Global Connection Series of jerseys for fans to not only represent the 918, but also their country everywhere they go. Among the countries offered are the United States, Mexico, Jamaica, Honduras, Germany, Canada, England, and Brazil.
To represent the proper country, each jersey is comprised of the nation’s colors and features its flag across the left sleeve.
FC Tulsa is also present on each jersey through the club’s Scissortail crest on the left side of the chest, the state bird of Oklahoma. On the right, the star and shield that comprise the Oklahoma state flag are featured prominently.
All jerseys are currently available for preorder online. For the best chance to receive your order before the World Cup kicks off on November 20, we highly suggest all orders be placed before Monday, November 6.
Orders can still be placed after November 6, but due to potential shipping delays, jerseys may not be received before the highly-anticipated global tournament begins.
