TULSA – FC Tulsa kicked off its season-closing three-match homestand in style with a massive three points against Group D leaders San Antonio FC. The 1-0 result saw Tulsa move up to #14 in the rankings, which also moved San Antonio down four spots to #8 after their second loss of the season.
With the three-spot jump in the rankings, Tulsa also moved ahead of fellow Group D playoff contenders, Austin Bold, who now sit in 17th after failing to score against Energy FC on Sunday night. The green team from down the road rose two spots to 27th following Cody Laurendi's penalty save heroics. Rounding out the Group D rankings sits Rio Grande Valley FC, who place firmly in last place and still without a win.
FC Tulsa will finish the season with two home matches against rivals OKC Energy FC on Wednesday before closing out the season against Group C's Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC.
