Jhon Pirez’s impact for the Tulsa Roughnecks FC in Wednesday’s victory over the Los Angeles Galaxy II has earned him a spot on the USL Team of the Week for Week 16. Pirez scored the opening goal in what turned out to be the Roughnecks first victory of the season.
In the 40th minute of Wednesday’s match, the ball was cleared out of the Roughnecks box, sending Pirez on a sprint to the ball with just the keeper to beat.
