The Tulsa Roughnecks FC will close out the 2016 season with a pair of matches at ONEOK Field this week. TRFC will host the Swope Park Rangers, the USL team for Sporting KC, on Wednesday, September 21. The match was rescheduled after being postponed in August. Kickoff is slated for 7:30pm.
The Roughnecks will play their final match of the season on Saturday, September 24 when they host the Sacramento Republic at ONEOK Field.

Wednesday’s match will feature $1 Beers and Soft Drinks at ONEOK Field.
TICKETS
Season ticket holders and fans who had purchased tickets for the postponed match can use their tickets from the original match date, August 6, for admission to this rescheduled game.
LOOKING AHEAD
Saturday’s season finale against Sacramento will feature a pair of promotions. The first 1,000 will receive Sammy Ochoa, Roughnecks T-shirts courtesy of Cox Communications. In addition, a large Fireworks Spectacular will follow the match.
AGAINST THE RANGERS
Swope Park has dominated the season series with the Roughnecks, winning each of the three prior meetings. In the second match of the season, the Rangers recorded a 2-1 victory at ONEOK Field.
They won by the same score on May 14 in Kansas City before posting a 3-0 victory two weeks ago in KC.
ROUGHNECKS FC
*Tulsa will be trying to end an eight-match winless streak in the outing.
*The Roughnecks were shut out 2-0 last Saturday in San Antonio, marking the sixth time in the last seven outings that they have been held without a goal.
*TRFC will be without the services of midfielder David Abidor. Abidor will be serving a mandatory one-match suspension after receiving his fifth yellow card of the season in the loss to San Antonio.
*Goalkeeper Alex Mangels may also not be available after being taken off with a leg injury in Saturday’s match.
SWOPE PARK
*The Rangers will come into the match after posting a 3-0 victory in Oklahoma City Sunday evening.
*The result vaulted Swope Park into the fifth spot in the Western Conference table. Wednesday’s match will be important for the Rangers as the top four spots in the conference will host first-round playoff matches.
*Statistically, the Rangers are led this season by Mark Gonzalez. The forward leads the team with nine goals and is second on the squad with four assists.
*Gonzalez has not scored in the previous three matches against the Roughnecks. Dane Kelly and Tyler Pasher have each scored twice against TRFC

The Roughnecks will wear their all orange kits for Wednesday’s match. Swope Park will be in its all navy kits.
