The Tulsa Roughnecks FC will play its final road match of the season this Saturday, September 17. The Roughnecks will be in Texas to face San Antonio FC at Toyota Field. Kickoff in San Antonio is scheduled for 7:30pm CDT.
THIRD MEETING
It will be the third matchup this season between the two sides, but the first since July 3. In the first meeting, SAFC posted a 3-1 home win on April 30. On July 3, San Antonio took a 2-1 victory at ONEOK Field. Kaleem netted the goal in the first match for TRFC, while Jasson Ramos Carpio produced a late goal in the meeting in Tulsa.

ROAD FINALE
The match will mark the final away game of the season for the Roughnecks. They will conclude the season with a pair of home matches next week, hosting the Swope Park Rangers on Wednesday, September 21 and Sacramento Republic FC on Saturday, September 24.

*Tulsa will be trying to end a seven-match winless streak in the outing.
*The Roughnecks were beaten 3-0 last Saturday in Kansas City by Swope Park. It was the fifth time in six matches that Tulsa had been shutout.
*TRFC’s lone goal in that stretch came from Cristian Mata in a 1-1 draw in Utah against the Real Monarchs on September 3.
*Sammy Ochoa continues to lead the Roughnecks with 10 goals this season, but he last found the net on August 3 against Orange County. His goal total is tenth best in all of the USL.
*Ochoa’s six assists this year are tied for third best in the league.

*The outing will be the second match of the week for San Antonio. On Wednesday, they were blanked 2-0 in Utah by the Monarchs.
*The loss kept SAFC from moving into a playoff position. San Antonio is currently in the tenth spot in the Western Conference table, two points behind Orange County who is in the eighth and final playoff position.
*Statistically, SAFC is led by Rafael Castillo with six goals this season. Carlos Alvarez leads the team with six assists. Castillo and Alvarez have combined to account for 53 of the club’s 142 shots on goal (37%).
*The game marks the final home match of the 2016 regular season for San Antonio.
