The Tulsa Roughnecks announced today that the club has obtained forward Chase Minter on loan from Sacramento Republic FC. Minter has arrived in Tulsa and will be available for tonight’s match against the Orange County Blues at ONEOK Field.
The 23-year-old Minter is in his rookie professional season with Sacramento after playing in collegiately at Cal-Poly University. He played four years for the Mustangs, finishing as the school’s career assists leader with 21.
In his senior season, Minter led the team with seven goals and six assists. He was named to the All-Big West Conference First Team was a MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List player.
For Sacramento this season, he has appeared in two matches, both starts.
Minter will wear the number 23 jersey for the Roughnecks.
