“We saw Carlos this winter, and he is a good acquisition for us,” said Irving. “He is young but has a lot of experience, including at this levelwith Sacramento as well as in Germany and with the USA U-17 team.”
Martinez began his career in Germany in 2011, spending time with a pair of third tier teams, FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt and Energie Cottbus.

As a youth, he represented the United States on the international level, making 15 appearances with U-17 squad.
Ramos Carpio is 20-year-old native of Guatemala. Irving signed him after seeing him at a combine in Florida.
“Jasson (pronounced JAY-sawhn) is a very interesting one,” said Irving. “When we saw him in Florida, it was his first time ever in the United States. He is still getting acclimated, but he is very talented and will be fun to watch this season.”
Ramos Carpio made a quick impact during early training, scoring three goals in the Tulsa’s first two preseason friendlies. Injuries have kept him out of recent matches, but he is expected to see time in Saturday’s friendly at ONEOK Field against NPSL side F.C. Wichita.
