Flávio Grava was appointed as FC Tulsa’s Director of Sports Performance ahead of the 2023 season, becoming the first coach to hold the newly-added position. Grava previously served as the Director of Sports Science for Memphis 901 FC in 2022 before making the move to Tulsa to join Blair Gavin’s outfit in 2023.

Before his time with Memphis, Grava spent 12 years on the technical staff of Corinthians Paulista in top-flight Brazil and served as a coordinator for Corinthians’ academy level squads.

With Corinthians, Grava was no stranger to hardware as the club were champions of Brazil on three occasions, won Copa Libertadores in 2012 in addition to the 2012 FIFA Club World Cup title, and topped Recopa Sudamericana in 2013.
