I want to buy season tickets, but I can't make all of the matches. What can I do?
- FC Tulsa offers a Ticket Exchange Program that allows you to exchange tickets to any match you are going to miss for extra tickets to a future match.
How do I exchange tickets?
- If you know you can't make an upcoming match, simply contact your FC Tulsa Ticket Representative to exchange your tickets. Note: ticket exchanges must be done two business days before the match that you are missing.
Is there an extra cost to exchange tickets from one match to another?
- There is no cost to using our Ticket Exchange Program and comes as a benefit to being an FC Tulsa Season Ticket Member.
Where can I exchange my tickets?
- You can exchange your tickets during our office hours by reaching out to your FC Tulsa Ticket Representative at 918-297-6808 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will my exchanged tickets be near/next to my Season Ticket seats?
- When exchanging your tickets, we will work our hardest to get the exchanged seat near or next to your season tickets.
How often can I exchange my tickets?
- You can exchange your tickets for any match that you are going to miss. We want to make sure that your tickets never go to waste.
