Johnny Fenwick was re-signed by FC Tulsa ahead of the 2022 season.
Johnny Fenwick signed with FC Tulsa as a free agent on August 11 and quickly became a mainstay at center-back for the club. Fenwick would make 7 starts in 13 appearances down the stretch, earning a spot in the Starting XI for FC Tulsa's Eastern Conference Quarterfinal against the Rowdies.
Fenwick signed with Las Vegas Lights prior to the 2020 season, but due to the travel ban caused by COVID-19, was unable to appear in a match for Las Vegas until July 26. He played every minute of Las Vegas' final 15 matches, captaining the club in three matches.
On August 30, Fenwick scored his first professional goal in a 4-3 defeat to LA Galaxy II.
2019 - SAN ANTONIO FC
In his rookie professional season, Fenwick signed with San Antonio FC. While he was a part of the matchday squad for all but one match in 2019, Fenwick made just three appearances for San Antonio during the course of the season.
He did start and play a full 90 minutes in two U.S. Open Cup matches for SAFC in 2019.
Fenwick amassed a collection of impressive numbers over his four-year career at High Point University. The Englishman logged 77 total appearances for the Panthers with 66 starts and found the back of the net four times, while collecting four assists as well. Fenwick earned award after award, including both Second-Team All-American and Third-Team All-American recognition before winning the 2018 Big South Defensive Player of the Year award and being named First-Team All-Conference in his senior year.
While in college, Fenwick also began his semi-professional playing career in USL League Two. Fenwick had multiple stints with the Carolina Dynamo (who have since rebranded to North Carolina Fusion U-23), as well as time with the Des Moines Menace where he played for future head coach Alen Marcina at San Antonio FC.
Fenwick started his soccer journey as youth player in the Newcastle United FC Academy. In 2011, Fenwick transitioned to the Sheffield Wednesday FC Academy where he played for Wednesday's reserve team.
He made one Premier League 2 appearance while on trial for Middlesborough FC U23 on April 14, 2014.
